to interpret the results properly, the source of the data as well as the

geographic locations with higher or lower than average major chronic diseases mortality.
Maps can be created for various age groups, diseases and time periods,
depending on your preference. Age-standardized mortality rates can also

This section contains graphs and tables that display differences in
major chronic diseases
mortality based on your selection of areas by sex, age group, disease
and year. It also displays double bar charts to compare more than
one of the selections above at the same time.

This section contains graphs and tables that display your selection
for one chronic diseases or all provided. Mortality rates are provided
for selected diseases by sex, age group, province or territory and year.

Major Chronic Diseases Mortality by Age Group
This section contains graphs and tables that display multiple comparisons
across many age groups by sex, province or territory, chronic disease and
year. The information can be displayed by a line graph showing the trends,
a pie chart indicating the proportion of chronic disease in each age group, or
bar and double bar charts comparing the trends in age groups between
provinces, sexes, diseases or years.
